Has your child ever wondered what it’s like to be a firefighter? Our Junior Firefighter Camp gives kids ages 7-18 the opportunity to learn basic fire fighting, fire prevention, safety, first aid, team building, and so much more! What makes this camp even better? Proceeds benefit the Van Zandt First Responders Fund, a nonprofit created by Silver Spur Resort!

Your child will learn about tools on the truck and put on bunker gear, learn how to use the hoses, search and rescue, water safety in pool, basic first aid, team-building exercises, and play some learning games. If time allows, there may be free play in the pool.
Lunch and drinks are provided. Due to the nature of this camp, we will require a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 kids. Please have your child wear shorts or jeans and tennis shoes. Bring leather gloves, knee pads, a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and sunscreen. Campers will meet in the Barn upon arrival.
